IPPE KOPPE’s curry does not begin with spices, but with a carefully simmered vegetable broth. Vegetables are slowly cooked to draw out their natural sweetness and aroma, then blended with over 10 selected spices. The result is a rich, deep, and distinctive flavor - a true expression of Japanese Curry Senmonten craftsmanship.
Ato-Nose Katsudon (Ah-toh Noh-seh)
A unique style where a freshly fried, crispy tonkatsu is placed on top of soft, dashi-infused egg, instead of being simmered together. This technique preserves both the delicate aroma of dashi and the crisp texture of the katsu, allowing you to enjoy multiple layers of flavor in one bowl.
