Japanese Traditional Restaurant
日本の伝統的な料理店
BINCHO brings back the beauty of traditional Japanese flavors.
Simple, soulful, and made for everyday life. Each dish is grilled over Binchotan, a premium Japanese charcoal known for its steady heat and delicate aroma. This enhances every ingredient gently, without overpowering. At the center of our space is an Irori いろり, a traditional open hearth that invites people to gather and enjoy their meals together, just like in a countryside home in Japan. We cook in the Robata Yaki ろばたやき style, a slow and thoughtful grilling method that brings the cook and the guest closer together. Our rice is freshly made in small batches using Hagama はがま pots, served with nostalgic Japanese sides that complete the harmony of flavor and feeling.

At the heart of BINCHO is a deep respect for tradition. We grill every dish over Binchotan, letting the natural flame bring each flavor to life slowly and gently. We cook rice one pot at a time in Hagama so that every grain stays soft, fragrant, and full of soul. In a world that moves fast, we choose to slow things down. Not out of nostalgia, but because good food still matters.
BINCHO makes Washoku easier to enjoy. Just choose a meal that feels right for you and let the flame tell the rest of the story. This is only the beginning. We’re here to bring this warm, thoughtful way of Japanese dining to more people in Thailand, one meal and one table at a time.
