Terms & Conditions
- Benefits are for registered and verified Give More+ Club members only.
- The membership card is non-transferable and may be used only by the person whose name appears on the card.
- The company reserves the right to change terms and benefits without prior notice.
- In case of dispute, the company’s interpretation of the terms and its decision shall be final.
Tier Adjustment Policy
- Tier status is calculated based on cumulative annual spending.
- Tier-up: is applied the following day after qualification.
- Tier-down: is applied on 1 January each year, based on total cumulative spending from 1 January–31 December of the previous year.
Points Validity
- Points are valid for 1 year from the month of purchase; the cut-off is the end of each month.
- Example: 35 points earned from purchases in January 2025 are valid until 31 January 2026.
Membership Validity
- Membership has no expiry. However, if there is no activity for 3 years from the last accrual date, the membership may be considered inactive.
