MAGURO Group, a leading operator of Japanese restaurant brands in Thailand, is set to make history once again with the launch of KIWAMIYA, the renowned Hamburg steak and Wagyu steakhouse from Japan, famous for its long queues and unique dining concept. The brand’s first Thailand branch will officially open on September 4, 2025, at Central Park, 3rd Floor.

At KIWAMIYA, diners will enjoy a one-of-a-kind experience with its signature concept: “Grill, Season, and Control the Doneness Your Way.” Guests can savor premium-quality ingredients, highlighted by the restaurant’s iconic Hamburg Steak – Rare Served, seared lightly on the outside while remaining tender and juicy pink inside, served on a sizzling teppan grill for guests to finish cooking to their liking. Hamburg steaks are available in four sizes (S 120g, M 160g, L 200g, XL 320g). Also featured is the Wagyu Striploin Steak, beautifully marbled and melt-in-your-mouth tender, also served on a teppan grill for a personalized doneness experience, with two portion sizes (S 120g, M 180g).

Adding to the excitement, KIWAMIYA Thailand will exclusively revive two of its legendary Japanese favorites: Garlic Fried Rice with Omelette and Truffle Fried Rice topped with Marinated Egg Yolk—menus once loved in Japan but discontinued in some branches due to time limitations. These dishes will make their grand comeback, available only in Thailand.
